DO YOU GIVE OUT RAW IMAGES?
We don’t deliver raw files, as they are unfinished by nature.
Every image you receive is carefully edited to reflect our work in its final, intended form.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
Travel is applied for weddings outside of 50 miles from Charlotte, NC.
For extended distances or multi-day travel, accommodations may be required and are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
WE’VE ALREADY HAD AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT, CAN MONEY BE TAKEN OFF OR REPLACED BY OTHER COVERAGE?
Engagement sessions are a complimentary part of our experience and something we don’t remove or replace. They allow you to feel comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding, which makes a meaningful difference in how the day feels and is captured.
For destination weddings, we often recommend scheduling this session a day or two before, so it fits naturally into your time together.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE GET BACK FROM OUR WEDDING?
Because the events of each wedding day is vastly different, this will vary. Typically speaking there will be an average of 75 images per hour of shooting. A situation that would affect this would be travel between locations on wedding day and bad weather.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF STATE OR COUNTRY? Yes! We are ready to meet you where your love is with our passports ready! Airfare (if destination is reasonably out of driving distance) and lodging must be provided by the couple. Prices for travel out of state and country are done on a case by case basis.
HOW DO WE CHOOSE WHAT PACKAGE IS BEST?
We’ll guide you through this on your consultation call, but a simple rule: the more locations and key moments you want captured, the more coverage you’ll need.
If your day includes multiple venues or a grand exit, we typically recommend additional hours to ensure nothing feels rushed.
